There are so many techniques of Feng Shui that ideally should be utilized in creating a most harmonious and vibrant community development that it would take a book to discuss them all - and, in fact that is in the works.. Stay tuned on this website.
For now, key factors we can mention here that are important to know include the following: all of the various schools of Feng Shui we draw from are based on 5 types of energy that we utilize in every design consulting project. These 5 types of energy are:
- Magnetic energy of the Earth reflected in the eight directions & measured with a detailed compass
- Energy that moves in cycles of Time
- Energy that flows as if it is air or water
- The alchemy of the 5 Elements
- Energy of manifestation that we create with our visualizations, passions, emotions & actions
Also, very important to be aware of is that all buildings built from the ground up, fall into one of 4 categories of relative luck (or lack thereof):
- One is very "Lucky" and fosters radiant health, vibrant lives with opportunities showing up regularly, and prosperity flowing with grace & ease, and happiness.
- Two of the types are average, or what I call "Middle Quality" and can be improved with many Feng Shui techniques. There are some "ups and downs" with this building type, but generally one can have a good life or business in this type of building.
- The fourth type is an "Unlucky" one which creates all kinds of problems repeatedly of financial, health, accident, legal, relationship or drug challenges, and even serious structural or mechanical problems.
Fortunately we know how to make those "Unlucky" buildings better. Sometimes we can even change an "unlucky" building into a "lucky" one! In fact, every building can be improved with Feng Shui!
When creating a new community or building complex, we can create them all to be "Lucky" depending upon the available site! Let us help you create your new projects to be consisting of "Lucky" building types!!
Or, with an existing community development, we can help you in planning a new building or two, or bringing in some Water Dragon features to enhance the overall site plan and garden design.
